About Harvey
Hi! My name's Harvey. I'm a PPE student at Balliol College, Oxford. I graduated high school only a couple of years ago, so don't worry, I can definitely remember the stress of tests, homework and A-levels. I think one of the most important things a tutor can do is increase a student's confidence, so I'm not going to come across as intimidating or add to the pressure you already face at school. I'll still be challenging you, though!

Harvey is clever and quick at maths but can also take me through problems patiently step by step.
Harvey is a great Maths tutor. He is friendly and kind, and has the knack of explaining knotty problems clearly and patiently. My daughter learned masses from him, and looked forward to her sessions. He helped her organise her study program and definitely improved her test outcomes.
Harvey consistently came to lessons with a well thought out plan making sure all resources were prepared and ready to go. His enthusiasm and care are standout traits for any tutor.
Harvey tutored my son in maths for for a year though GCSEs - made all the difference! My son's confidence and motivation increased massively and the tutoring sessions seemed to be very positive and encouraging while still effectively getting my son to learn.
