About Chloé

I discovered yoga during my studies in England 11 years ago. During this period, I test several yoga teachers, several types of yoga and several learning styles.

And I remember like it was last night when I came home full of energy despite a tiring day of class, right after a yoga class. It was the only physical activity that didn't leave me on my knees.

And it was not for lack of sweating during the session! No, it was as if everything was going back to circulating in the body, as if all the fatigue, all the stagnations, were transmuted into a beautiful energy, healthy and powerful.

Then I noticed something incredible from practicing yoga: I no longer have back pain (chronic lower back pain and sciatica)! I was then convinced of the effectiveness of yoga on the health and well-being of the body. And I can't do without it.

It is only this year, in July, that I began my training to become a teacher and decided to pass on all the benefits that this discipline has brought me.

About the lesson

I offer you every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., an online yoga class between 45 minutes and 1 hour, from September 16, 2021.

We will start gently to take the time to acquire the right alignments before getting deeper ;)

On the program: soft hatha, dynamic hatha, hatha flow, vinyasa, yoga nidra ... and sessions related to naturopathy and sophrology with themes such as back pain, period pain, constipation, stress, etc. Perhaps you will have some suggestions;)

These sessions will allow you to benefit from inexpensive yoga classes, discover different types of yoga, and keep in shape. For my part, this will allow me to improve myself as part of my training, transmit my knowledge, and develop my teaching skills.

These courses are accessible to beginners, to all body types, and (especially ) for people who are "not flexible".

Please note, these courses are not intended for children, pregnant women and seniors.

Tell me about any minor issue you may have (fragile back, sensitive knee or wrist, etc.) when you register.
