About Hareesh
I am a passionate yoga practitioner and teacher. I love interacting with yoga aspirants and helping them in their journey the way I can. I am currently consulting with Hinterland Yoga retreat at Kochi, India. I look forward to more engagements to spread the ancient yogic wisdom and how it can be purposefully incorporated to improve our modern life styles

About the lesson

Classes will be either offline (if in or around Cochin) or online.
The structure for my class is as follows..
Class begins with a small chant. This is followed by a self introduction and then small discussion on what yoga is, its purpose etc.
On practice side, starts with Yogasanas in either Hatha or Ashtanga style (60-90 mis), followed by pranayama (15-20 mins) and then meditation sessions (20-30 mins). It can be tailored to individual needs as well.
