About Tiara
I’m an experienced Substitute Teacher with a strong background working across all grade levels—Pre-K through 12th. I’ve supported students in Title One, special education, and general education settings, helping them strengthen academic skills and confidence. Currently enrolled in a Master of Arts in Education program, I’m expanding my knowledge to better support diverse learning needs. My approach is patient, engaging, and tailored to each student’s unique learning style.

Reading and writing are the foundation of learning, and my lessons are designed to help students strengthen those essential skills with confidence.
As a Substitute Teacher experienced in working with grades Pre-K through 12th, I’ve supported learners at every level—from early readers to high school students improving comprehension and writing.
Each session is personalized to meet the student’s unique needs. Whether we’re focusing on phonics, vocabulary, reading fluency, or writing structure, I create engaging, supportive lessons that make literacy fun and approachable.
Currently enrolled in a Master of Arts in Education program, I incorporate research-based strategies to help students grow academically and develop lifelong learning habits. My goal is to not only improve literacy skills but also to build confidence, curiosity, and a love for reading.
