About Lowri
I am an aspiring mathematician who has achieved 9 A* at GCSE and an A* in A-level mathematics. I am also predicted an A* in A-level further mathematics and an A* in A-level chemistry. My tutoring experience includes being tutored myself - I therefore understand the process and how to communicate efficiently.

My teaching methods include getting to know the student so that they feel safe and comfortable asking questions about a topic. I will then start to teach them by activating prior knowledge about the topic, stimulating them to think about the topic and put any thoughts forward, lecture them about the topic and get them to complete a series of questions and ask any queries which they may have. If I am tutoring in a group, I will also try and get them all to engage and put their ideas forwards so that they learn from each other.
