About Benjamin
With 8 years of experience in teaching and music education, I am a dedicated flute tutor committed to helping students from school to college level achieve their goals. Music has always been my passion, and teaching gives me the opportunity to share that passion with others.
Throughout my career, I have guided many students through their learning journey, helping them overcome challenges and grow in confidence. A major milestone for me has been preparing students for stage performances and competitions, where they have successfully showcased their abilities.
My teaching approach is clear, practical, and flexible, focusing on strong fundamentals such as breathing control, posture, tone quality, and finger technique. I also encourage students to explore their creativity and enjoy learning music. I believe that education should be inspiring and meaningful, and my aim is to create a supportive environment where students feel motivated to learn, practice, and succeed.

My teaching approach for flute combines Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to help students learn in a comfortable and effective way. I aim to create a positive environment where students feel confident and motivated.
I begin by understanding the student’s learning style and pace so I can adjust my teaching accordingly. I motivate students by appreciating their efforts and encouraging regular practice. Communication helps me explain concepts like breath control, fingering, posture, and tone production in an easy and clear way.
With integrity, I focus on building strong basics and guiding students honestly. I correct mistakes patiently and help them improve step by step. Creativity allows me to design engaging lessons with songs, exercises, and different practice methods. Along with flute, I also teach music theory, rhythm, and ear training to support overall growth.
