About José
I am a Physical Culture student studying the ninth semester at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. My career as a boxer is 16 years, obtaining 3 local titles in the Barrios Tournament, and 2 Golden Gloves in Puebla and Hidalgo. 3 times selected state, 1 national Olympiad (Yucatán), 2 first-rate festivals (CDMX and Nuevo León). Still active towards professionalism.
Recently living in CDMX to start classes whenever you want. Student at the Pancho Rosales gym in Colonia Narvarte.

My way of teaching is quite patient, methodical and theoretical. I associate learning a lot with art, since the student must learn from a well-refined aesthetic-technique. Fun and dynamic classes. Everyone will learn to box either for personal defense, for health or competition.
-Start from a good warm-up followed by a slight stretching to avoid injuries. Warm-up and functional routines to improve physical performance.
-I will teach you to bandage your hands correctly so that your wrists do not hurt.
-You will learn to have a suitable posture to hold a fight. [ N]
-You will learn to move around and know how to walk in time and space not only in a boxing ring.
-Progress depends on you and how much attention and commitment you put in your classes, I assure you It will be provided to you.
-I also have the necessary material to work such as: bandages, gloves, mittens and jump ropes.
- I will also help you develop your physical performance and thus yourself to be able to lose weight if you wish.

José es paciente con quienes recién comienzan en el boxeo y eso ha ayudado a que muchos nos sintamos capaces de dar más en cada entrenamiento. También es un profesor estricto, en lo particular eso me ha permitido entender mejor el deporte del boxeo y la disciplina que implica. José es un buen profesor, entrenador y boxeador. Yo le admiro mucho.

Hola, José le dio clases de box a mi hijo de 8 años, es alguien muy paciente, sensible y que comprende las diversas corporalidades, y los entrenamientos los enfoca según las necesidades. en este caso, mi hijo sufría de bullyng en la escuela y le acompaño a recuperar su seguridad.
nos conocimos en el gimnasio donde entrenaba a más chicos, cerca de mi casa, así que recomiendo ampliamente el trabajo de JoséEs un gran ser humano y entrenador muy bueno en el box ,entrena muy bien y lo recomiendo demasiado
