About Jackie
Hi, I'm Jackie! I am deeply passionate about personal growth, emotional well-being, and helping people feel seen, understood, and supported. With over a decade of experience working with people from many different walks of life, I have developed a warm, compassionate, and grounded approach centered around genuine human connection.
I am a licensed Breathwork and Spiritual Life Coach, and my sessions are designed to create a calm, safe, and non-judgmental space where people can open up honestly, reflect deeply, and reconnect with themselves on a more meaningful level.
I believe that real transformation begins with self-awareness, compassion, emotional presence, and feeling truly heard. I enjoy helping others navigate stress, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship challenges, life transitions, and moments of feeling lost or disconnected.
My approach combines supportive conversation, mindful reflection, emotional awareness, breathwork practices, and practical guidance to help clients build greater clarity, confidence, inner balance, and self-understanding. Every person’s journey is unique, and I aim to meet each individual with patience, empathy, kindness, and genuine care.
