As a tumour survivor and someone who has overcome severe anxiety caused by work, I bring a unique perspective and over 10 years of personal development experience to my coaching. We all have moments when we feel down or lost, unsure of where to start. That’s when having someone to truly listen and gently guide you can make all the difference. I specialise in building confidence, mastering public speaking, and fostering positive thinking.
