About Zoltan
My name is Zoltan. I have spent over 28 years in martial arts, it has kept me in great shape during my competitive years and in general throughout my whole life. I am a graduate Level 3 sports coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Sports and Development officer and also hold a Black Belt in Kickboxing. I have had over 70 fights in Boxing, K1 and MMA, and have already coached up champions in boxing. I like to help people setting goals and achieving them, help them lose weight, get fit, get strong and get motivated.

Depending on your specific goals we set up your training routine and we get working. My priority is to help you achieve your fitness goals. I am available in our Burton on Trent gym, Derby gym or in our private appointment only martial arts gym - no membership needed, no extra costs. I can also travel to you if you prefer training elsewhere.

I took a few group sessions and they were fun and then me who never been easily involved with physical activities in general, I have actually enjoyed and felt motivated by the atmosphere I experienced on the sessions. So I took on a few months of personal training to touch up my boxing skills. Highly recommended coach.
