I am a passionate and experienced educator with a PhD in Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, along with an MBA and MSW. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I have had the opportunity to teach and mentor learners across Doctoral, Postgraduate, Bachelor’s, Diploma, and Foundation levels. My academic and professional experience enables me to combine strong theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world perspectives. I am committed to creating a supportive, engaging, and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing critical thinking skills, and building confidence in their abilities.
