About Michael
I have been a private tutor to people of various ages and experience, and tutoring college students was part of my role in my graduate department. I truly enjoy the one-on-one aspect, because I think that this kind of setting and situation is beneficial for anyone learning anything, let alone a foreign languages. I am an upcoming published academic who has a deep passion for Roman and Greek literature, languages, and cultures. I have been fluent in spoken or active Latin since 2017, and I’ve studied Latin for 17 years (high school, college, graduate school). I have experience teaching many Classics courses, including Introductory Latin (beginner level). I’ve also graded papers and am happy to proofread nearly anything.
