About Maddie
I want to teach because I believe that communication and working from the more difficult modules is essential, I know how to write essays and how to plan them whether they are 10 markers, 25 markers, or even the scary 50 markers in the actual Alevel exams! being able to take notes is essential and being able to actually take away what you need to know is even more crucial. If you choose me to be your tutor I will do a consultation of what modules of your course you especially need help with and what parts you're confident in but still want to talk through and learn more about and then I'll plan the weekly sessions around that, from what we will start with and what we will eventually end with. My name is Maddie, I'm 19 and currently in my first year of university studying Philosophy and Ethics! I am looking to start tutoring other Philosophy and Ethics students who are either doing it as part of their GCSE's or ALevels so I can help them achieve the grades they need to be able to go on to university, I did the full ALevel Philosophy and Ethics course and left right before the exams and had a break for a few months before going on to do a Philosophy based access to HE course where I achieved 21 pass credits, 15 merit credits and 6 distinction credits. I believe I will be a good tutor and I am starting at low rates!
