About Elizabeth
I am currently studying Philosophy at the University of Nottingham and work as a part time tutor in the holidays. I studied History Classics and Philosophy at A level. I thoroughly enjoy working as a tutor as I love to see the children succeed in areas they previously found tricky, so am keen to continue doing so during my time at University.

My teaching methodology is to tackle the parts you find tricky straight away so that no topic is scary. I believe that children should be fearless learners and there is no such thing as a silly question. I communicate with the children so I know what they are struggling with and what they are enjoying as I want them to be comfortable with my style of teaching. I take each question one step at a time and break it down into manageable chunks so that nothing seems daunting.
