About Xavier
Astrophysics Master student in Tenerife, I have experience teaching during almost the whole (physical) career. I love physics and mathematics, and when I explain I try to convey some of that enthusiasm to the students. I have been a monitor in a Scout group, so I also have experience in dealing with young people for that.

Although I always focus on the student learning to do what they are asked to pass the exam, my priority is to truly understand what they are doing. I firmly believe that learning to do repetitive tasks without understanding what is done is not only not beneficial, but wastes and depletes the creativity of the student. That is why I consider it important for the student to understand (and hopefully even enjoy) the subject.
