About Maia
I hold a B.Sc in Physics and an M.Sc in Advanced Physical Sciences, with 13 years of experience teaching physics across secondary and pre-university levels. My academic journey strengthened my appreciation for how physical laws describe both simple daily motion and complex natural systems. Students begin with foundational topics such as motion, forces, work, energy, and momentum, developing confidence through guided examples and discussion. As lessons advance, learners explore waves, electricity, magnetism, optics, thermodynamics, and introductory modern physics concepts. I emphasize diagram interpretation, unit consistency, clear mathematical reasoning, and step-by-step problem-solving strategies. Practice questions are discussed in detail so students understand not just the answer, but the reasoning behind it.
