About Emma
My passion for physics started with a curiosity about how invisible forces shape the world. This interest grew into an academic path that led me to earn a B.Sc in Theoretical Physics and an M.Sc in Modern Physics. For the past 10 years, I’ve taught students with a strong focus on encouragement, clear explanation, and building a supportive learning environment. I believe patience is key, especially for students who think physics is “too hard.” My style involves breaking complex processes into step-by-step reasoning, using real-life analogies, visual models, and calm repetition until the student feels confident. I enjoy working with learners who come in unsure but grow stronger with each lesson. Outside of teaching, I continue expanding my knowledge through reading, simulation projects, and exploring recent scientific developments. Physics teaching is meaningful to me because I get to guide students from confusion to clarity and help them discover their own problem-solving power.

Physics becomes clearer when students see how each principle connects to the real world around them. In my lessons, I help learners understand motion, forces, waves, electricity, magnetism, energy systems, and momentum through simple, structured explanations. I prioritise making the subject less intimidating by breaking every idea into digestible pieces that build naturally toward deeper reasoning. Lessons shift depending on student level. Beginners receive calm guidance with basic forces, diagrams, simple equations, and intuitive examples. Intermediate learners study multi-step problems, energy transformations, circuits, and wave behaviour with stronger mathematical connections. Advanced students explore fields, thermodynamics, modern physics concepts, graphical interpretation, and exam-writing technique. My approach emphasises clarity, confidence-building, and logical thinking. Physics lessons also help students develop patience and analytical strength. As they learn to interpret relationships, draw accurate diagrams, and justify reasoning, they become more confident in their scientific abilities. My goal is to help every learner feel capable of understanding physics—even if they once believed it was too difficult.
