About Joyce
My fascination with physics began with a curiosity about how the universe works, from simple motions to cosmic-scale phenomena. I pursued a B.Sc in Physics followed by an M.Sc in Applied Physics, gaining expertise in theoretical understanding and experimental applications. Over 9 years, I have taught students of diverse backgrounds, helping them connect abstract concepts with real-world observations and build confidence in scientific reasoning.
I teach with patience, clarity, and adaptability, tailoring lessons to suit each student’s pace and learning style. Using diagrams, demonstrations, real-life examples, and problem-solving exercises, I emphasize conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and independent reasoning. I encourage questions, exploration, and intellectual curiosity alongside academic development.
Beyond teaching, I remain engaged with physics through reading research, analyzing experimental results, and exploring modern developments in both classical and quantum physics. Witnessing students grow from uncertainty to mastery, gaining confidence and a deeper appreciation for the universe, is profoundly rewarding. Supporting their journey toward scientific understanding is the most fulfilling part of my work.
