About Anna
A qualified instructor with a passion for movement, I offer Pilates and strength training classes at home, tailored to each individual. My approach is gentle, precise, and respectful of the body, with personalized support tailored to your needs.
My training and specialties:
State-certified professor of contemporary dance
Trained in Pilates on mats with small equipment
Trained in Pilates on Reformer (Reformer not provided)
Specializing in pre-natal and post-natal Pilates
Trained in Rose Pilates (pilates adapted for breast cancer)
I come to your home with all the necessary equipment (mats, balls, elastic bands, etc.). Sessions can also take place outdoors, in the Landes countryside!
