About Sara
I have a degree in Political Science with a minor in Development Studies from the University of Calgary. I have worked with NGO's and marginalized groups of individuals which gave me the opportunity to experience politics at grassroots levels. In my undergrad, I studied political theory and political systems ! I am currently working on my Masters in Theology!

My teaching method is primarily interactive. I am a proponent of the idea that careful listening and inquiring lead to deep learning. I am mainly interested in helping students develop critical thinking skills through questions and dialogue. Where appropriate, I use and present real-life scenarios to make sense of theoretical material that may be difficult to grasp! I tailor my lessons to my students to accommodate their learning style. My goal is to help students develop learning tools that work for them so that they can apply them beyond our lessons!

Perfect! I have worked with Sara for almost a year and she has been tremendous. She has helped me with numerous essays and always has great ideas to help me get started as well as helping me when I get stuck on a topic. Sara does a wonderful job editing my papers and giving me constructive feedback to make me a better writer. I would highly recommend Sara!
Perfect! Sara is very supportive for tutoring political science
Perfect! Sara was super helpful with my papers and even took time outside of the lessons to edit them beforehand. She tried to enhance my writing through my own ideas and voice rather than write over what would give the best marks and was always very friendly and sweet!
