About MyHanna
A Swim teacher, who has taught 1000 people in Sweden/ Stockholm as well as people around the globe. To either pick up on skills & techniques, learn about safety, or learn to swim from the very basics. Swimmer since the age of 5 & previous member off Triton sports club in Kga Sweden, for competitive swimming. Previously employed by Stockholm stad sports institute, where I helped out in improving lessons, safety & student awareness simultaneously as privately recieving requests about lessons from different students who heard about me through friends.
A previous Marine mammal trainer in Oasis park in Furerteventura (species - Otaria byronia),
Dolphin explorer in The Dominican Republic (species - Tursiops truncatus)
& a tour snorkel guide for Raya divers AB in Thailand. (species - homo sapiens)

About the lesson

If with previous experience; A water test to find out current skills & knowledge.
If without any previous experience; Start from the basics of safe water introduction.
If trauma has been the reason for lack of skill; A possible combination of both will be used, but usually a more careful approach will be taken into consideration to previous mental or bodily blockages.
Obs. Every lesson will be executed by the standards of basic safety routine & (as much as possible) to the client/clients' requests & wishes.
In my previous work safety & prevention routines have been an essential role in my work.
Therefore it is always first priority during any lessons.
I see personal development as a primacy & I always see to a person's strengths, to help them find proper tools to overcome obstacles & challenges they may be faced with.
