About Amalia
I have been an athlete since the age of 3, with a 12-year career in artistic gymnastics. Currently I am dedicated to Boxing, I am Argentine, Metropolitan and Buenos Aires Champion. During 2020 I represented the Selection of Bavaria, Germany in international competitions. International Boxing Cup Champion 2020; award winning "Best Boxing Technique"

I have been in competitive sports for a total of 25 years, in different disciplines, which has given me a wide spectrum of training methodologies. In turn, I worked, trained and competed for a year in Germany where I acquired a new and different understanding of body work. My classes focus on setting short goals, outlined with the applicant, taking into account any physical limitations. Musculature and flexibility, and the balance of emotions. There are endless resources for our classes to be varied and fun. And most importantly, that you learn to listen to your body and mind, and take home exercises that you can practice yourself!
