About ANGELA

I am a 23-year-old woman who has spent the last 10 years living in Brazil, where I immersed myself in the culture with my family, and developed a deep appreciation for language and communication. With practice, I learned and am now fluent, in Português. Over the past four years, I've taught English to a variety of students, helping them grow in confidence and fluency. Now, back in the U.S., I'm pursuing a degree in English Literature, combining my passion for teaching with a love of literature and language.

About the lesson

Hi! I'm here to tell you a little about my lessons! I don't teach only one area of English, for example, only speaking or only writing, because I don't see as many results as when I teach all areas together. Therefore, my class consists of two main parts: the first is the subject matter, learning words, sentence formation, vocabulary, and other topics. The second is when the student already has a grasp of the main subjects, and that's when we put those subjects into practice, through conversations, texts, videos, etc. I teach through Google Classroom, Google Meet, and a few other support sites.
