About Shell
I'm Shell, a Peer Support Specialist with 17+ years in grief recovery. I share lived experience, listening and validation through grief, loss, adoptee reunion, and life changes. I crochet, write, perform comedy, study, and work. Confidential peer support, not therapy.
I also teach English, ESL, ADHD support, and professional skills (inside sales, appointment setting, telecommunications). Tell me what you want to work on.

Private 1:1 Zoom peer support. You choose life topics, grief, loss, adoptee reunion, body doubling, create, write, or rehearse. I listen and validate. Mostly Mondays and Wednesdays 3pm-6pm CT, sometimes Fridays; other times by request if I’m able. Not therapy.
