I believe that every student has the potential to succeed and simply needs the motivation to increase their confidence level and the tools to do their best. Catering my approach to each student's need is extremely important to me. I believe that conceptual learning, rather than formula-based learning, will best help students apply their knowledge in a variety of academic situations and that creating an environment of comfort that is balanced with challenge will ultimately help students reach their potential.
