About Gomathi
Hi This is Gomathi Sri Founder and guru of SRI NRITYA KALALAYA, Erode I was learned and trained under the disciple of KALAIVALARMANI GURU. CHITRA SIVAKUMAR. I am a passionate and professional having 10 years of experience in this field. Performed in more than 50 programs like Brahan, Chidambaram, Karur, Erode Natyanjali's, Government programs in Chennai, Thirupathi Brahmotsavams, Shivaratri programs, private programs. Received many awards like Natana Kalashri, Natya Mayuri. I participated as a judge for government and private Bharathanatyam programs. I am a senior performer and teaching faculty in SRI NADANALAYA KALAIKUDAM. I trained more than 50 students as of now. I am conducting classes for various schools in Erode and Pallipalayam.

Pandallur Bani (Tanjore style) My class typically involves: 1. A warm-up session: Small exercises to make their body and mind prepared for the dance. 2. Practical session: Teaching adavus, postures, perfection, alignment, correcting Natyarambam, navarasam. 3. Theory sessions: Teaching samyakta, asamyukta hastas, drishti, shiro, greva bhedams, some important components about natyashastras 4. Relaxing and interactive sessions: A small conversation to make them relax and interactive with guru.
