From my experience as a dancer and Pilates instructor for 9 years now, I seek to give support and motivation to those people who want to feel better about their body. Depending on each person, their needs and their possibilities, we will seek to tone, gain greater strength, flexibility, endurance, and improve lung capacity and posture, while we will work on body awareness, coordination, memory ... to thus find a general well-being that can be felt from the first class. I also specialize in children and adolescents with different pathologies, especially with scoliosis. (Since I own it, and have had to go through treatment in my teens, I especially know what they need.) On the other hand, I also know the elderly a lot. I have worked with various groups in recent years, and now that I have been specializing more individually, I have among my students, 6 years ago already working together, a spectacular lady of only 96! With this example I seek to convey that there is no age to start taking care of yourself, and that a body that moves will always be healthier than one that does not ...

Las clases con Carmela fueron estupendas. Volví a retomar los estiramientos y el Pilates gracias a ella. Muy pendiente de tu evolución y de las correcciones posturales, tan necesarias para no hacerte daño. Creó un ambiente distendido y muy agradable para practicar.
Les recomiendo tomar clases con Carmela, porque además de estar siempre atenta a que realices el ejercicio correctamente para evitar malos esfuerzos, sus clases son muy amenas y te trasmite su amor por el Pilates. Yo realicé las clases de forma online.
