About Beverley
Hello! I'm Bev, an experienced English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teacher with experience teaching learners from around the world. I hold a BA (Hons) in English, a Postgraduate Certificate in Research, and I'm currently completing a Master's in Psychology at the University of Exeter.
As a native British English speaker, I taught English in China, where I worked with learners of different ages, abilities and language levels. Since returning to the UK, I've continued to support students through tutoring, mentoring and education, helping people build both their English skills and their confidence.
Whether you're learning English for work, study, travel, business communication or everyday life, I understand that every learner has different goals. My aim is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you feel comfortable practising and making progress.

I teach learners from beginner (A1) through to advanced (C2) level and enjoy working with students from different countries and cultural backgrounds. Whether your goal is to pass an exam, study overseas, communicate confidently at work or simply enjoy speaking English more fluently, I'll help you achieve it.
