About Dylan
I have 10 years of teaching and work experience as a Trumpet tutor, and I truly enjoy helping school and college students become confident musicians. My passion for education comes from seeing learners achieve goals they once believed were beyond their reach.
My teaching focuses on breathing control, posture, embouchure, articulation, tone production, rhythm, scales, music reading, ear training, music theory, and performance preparation. Every lesson is personalized to help students learn comfortably while making consistent progress.
One of the most rewarding milestones in my career has been helping students perform successfully in concerts, competitions, and school events. Their confidence and achievements continue to inspire my dedication to teaching.
I believe students learn best in a positive and supportive environment. I encourage regular practice, curiosity, and perseverance while celebrating every success, no matter how small.
Teaching is my passion because it allows me to make a positive difference in students' lives through music. My goal is to help every learner develop excellent trumpet skills, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning and performing.

I believe learning the trumpet should be exciting, meaningful, and rewarding. My teaching methodology is focused on helping students develop strong musical foundations while enjoying every stage of the learning process. Every lesson is personalized to suit the student's learning speed and personal goals.
Motivation encourages students to stay committed and confident. I help students set realistic goals and celebrate every achievement, which keeps them motivated to continue practicing.
Communication is an important part of successful learning. I explain musical concepts in simple English, demonstrate techniques clearly, and encourage students to ask questions without hesitation. My lessons are interactive and student-friendly.
Integrity is reflected in my honest teaching style. I respect every student's effort, provide constructive feedback, and create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning from their mistakes.
Creativity helps students stay interested and inspired. I include warm-up exercises, breathing techniques, rhythm games, articulation practice, improvisation, and performance activities that develop both technical skills and musical expression.
Besides trumpet, I also teach music theory, rhythm reading, sight-reading, ear training, music appreciation, beginner composition, and ensemble playing. My goal is to help students become skilled, confident, and expressive musicians.
