About Bijesh
I'm Bijesh Chandran,
I work and live in Amsterdam Netherlands for the last 6+ years.
Hailing from Kerala, India, I graduated from Amrita University in 2009.
When I passed out back in 2009 I didn't know anything about what is happening in the IT industry. The courses taught in our engineering colleges are outdated and don't really help the graduates when they start working in the IT industry.
None of my professors/lecturers had no industry experience.I struggled really in the initial part of my career and it took me some time to get some grip on what is happening around me.
I do not want this to happen to you. I would like to teach you the necessary skills to thrive in the industry.

My classes are intended for adults who has some affinity towards computer science.
I do not intend to take the basics of computer programming. My classes will be more practical sessions showing students how projects usually work in the It industry these days.
This includes familiarizing myself with various tools like Jira, IDEs like Intellij, Frameworks like Spring/Spring boot, build tools like Maven, and Gradle, Testing frameworks like Junit, and of course programming with Java.
I like to mentor my students to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, how to build applications from scratch, how to design REST APIS, how authentication and authorization work, etc.
Will also teach how to build and deploy applications in the cloud(Google cloud platform),
How to setup the build pipeline, how to use git etc.
