About Sandra
My thirty years of experience as a human resource professional have enabled me to balance theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical experience. In addition to an in-depth understanding of the industry, I am a Master of Education and HR. I have also been teaching HR Management programs at the post-secondary education level for 12 years in classroom/virtual settings. My extensive work experience has included leading, coaching, and mentoring numerous teams of HR Business Partners and Administrators. I have provided support, coaching, and advice to leadership on all aspects of human resources. I have had the opportunity to coach and advise many students from the program as well as previous students of the college. Not only have I experienced the satisfaction of assisting these individuals with their future careers, but I have also gained greater insight into their professional needs and challenges.
