About Drew
I enjoy teaching students and helping them to make the most of their time at university and navigate the world of academia. During my time teaching one thing that stands out is a gap in how students present their work, as well as their understanding of research methods and analysis, which form the cornerstones of psychological science. Psychology is a competitive field and I help students gain an edge in their studies by arming them with the knowledge and skill sets to prepare them for their honours and masters years.

Lessons are tailored dependent on the unit and what the student needs most help with. A typical lessons lasts for one hour and there are take home mini assignments to complete. For psychology units, most are centred around the successful creation of lab reports and understanding approaches to research, interpretation of data, and analysing results. These lessons are also integrated with writing for psychology in mind, to guide students to learn how to write formally and properly reference and cite research.
I have been tutoring undergraduate students for four years and currently I am a unit coordinator for Abnormal Psychology (psychopathology). I am also a former investigator with over ten years experience investigating all manner of criminal behaviour, preparing offender profiles, and conducting investigations into civil matters.
Lessons can be tailored to either year 12 psychological science students, undergraduate psychological science students, and students enrolled in criminology programs.
