I am a teacher that likes to build rapport with my students; I believe there needs to be professional contact between the student and I. When students are encouraged to work as a team, more learning takes place and that is why when working in groups I believe that learning needs to be collaborative and social. I als completely believe in active learning. They must be able to talk about what they are learning, write about it, and apply it to their daily lives.
