About Talisker

I am a creative and engaging Tutor who believes that the best learning takes place when we have fun and enjoy what we're learning. My mission as a teacher has always been to bring joy and excitement to whatever topic I teach and to make it relatable to the life experiences and interests of the students that I teach.

I have a firm belief that together we can achieve anything. I have a strong belief in all my students and work hard to make sure that they feel heard and supported. We are a team.

About the lesson

I believe that no student learns in the same way, so my lessons will be adapted to suit the needs of the student. I have experience supporting students with a diverse range of SEN (Special Educational Needs).

I am a fully qualified Secondary School Geography Teacher.

My lessons will last 1 hour and will begin with a short recap of the skills and knowledge taught in previous lessons. I provide lessons for students between the ages of 11 and 16. I have taught GCSE classes in Geography so can support students with their GCSE Geography.
