Adam is a well-qualified swimming coach that knows his stuff, he's helped me point out gaps in my swimming technique I was not even aware of before (despite doing triathlon for 3+ years in my club). He's helped me develop a targeted training plan, I am excited to up my game and get back to competing again. He's a cool down to earth chap too, and the private swimming pool is just awesome. Would definitely recommend!
