I am passionate about creating fun and interactive lessons that are specifically tailored to specific students.
A typical lesson focuses on the three fundamentals of having a minds on activity prior to the lesson, with a consolidation after to solidify the student's learning.
With 7 years in Special Education, I have a unique outlook on how to structure lessons for students of all levels that best suits them and allows them to explore the lessons at their own pace that will result in the best outcome.
With a degree in Social Service Work, and Canadian Studies, I have been have a well rounded educational background that allows me to connect with my students on many different levels. I have a specific degree in Elementary Education, however with my years of tutoring and Education, I am able to teach those in various subject matters (History, Geography, etc) in higher grades as well.
