About Gordon
My experiences in both social and professional arenas have shaped my unique approach to public speaking, fostering meaningful connections, and effectively managing pressure to bring out your best self, regardless of the situation. I challenge the notion that "practice makes perfect" as it can set unrealistic expectations. Instead, I emphasise the importance of intentional practice, cultivating the right habits for performance improvement. My coaching approach adopts a holistic framework, focusing on authentic connection and effective adjustments. In my view, public speaking is a two-way conversation with your audience, not a one-sided presentation. Real impact happens when people forge genuine connections, and I'm here to empower already outstanding speakers to achieve just that.
