About Carla L

Define myself in one word: Creative.
Since I was little I was linked to art and being so restless my only meditation was to move. So I became a dancer, I went through many stages, but the biggest was the internal one, within my BEING, where I investigate every corner with every step, with every movement.
I RECREATE, it allows me to express my essence, it unites everything that I built and everything that collapsed to help those who want to start recreating today.

About the lesson

My teaching method is UNION: it is made up of a mixture of different techniques that help us to rehabilitate and strengthen your body.

CLASSES SERIES IN DEDANS:
It is a series of classes that are focused on work to rehabilitate your body, either because you had a physical injury, you have some type of pathology or you simply need to go to a more leisurely time and recover your body from daily life, that is why our work is focused on going inward.

Postural Reeducation based on Active Global Stretching

CLASSES SERIES IN DEHORS
En dehors, is a term we use in dance, when we want to say that we must rotate a joint or go in a movement with a sense "out".

So what makes up the classes in the En Dehors series?

-Integral Yoga
-Pilates Mat
-Ballet Fit
-Elongation

EnDedans classes to rehabilitate: Monday and Wednesday 6.30pm (ARG)
EnDehors classes to strengthen: Tuesday and Thursday 6.30pm (ARG)
