Morgan is an amazing yoga instructor! I really enjoyed taking class with her and going to continue my practice with her. I haven’t don’t yoga in a couple years so I asked to keep the routine at a beginner pace and she delivered! I felt incredible afterwards- both physically and mentally. The stretching moves felt so good (I’ve been doing a lot of cardio and my muscles were so tight) and i loved her pace. Great job Morgan and looking forward to more classes with you!!
