About Bethany
Hi! I'm a British-Korean student in their final year of high school. I've achieved A* in my English Language and Literature iGCSEs, 5s in both English APs, and a 760 on the English portion of my SAT. I'm constantly working on further improving my skills (I have a 98% in my current English class). My exams are still very fresh in my memory, so I know how to tackle the syllabi... and I also know what the stress and pressure can feel like. Let's make English less intimidating by tackling it together! :)

I'm happy to personalise our tutoring sessions to whatever best helps you- whether that's proofreading an essay together, going through MCQs, or working on understanding a particularly difficult poem. 30-min sessions will be standard but you can reach out about longer lessons, too. I've tutored 12 students through their SAT English prep over 8 weeks, spending over 20 hours working on specific skills with them, and I've also tutored younger students. I'll most effectively be able to help iGCSE/GCSE students and AP students, but I'm open to tutoring Year`10/ Grade 9. :)
