About TERRI
I have worked 25+ years in the education field with students ranging in age from 3 to 21 years old. I encourage students to not be afraid to ask questions (knowing there is no such thing as a 'stupid' question). I realize every person has a unique learning style and will do my best to merge that style into my tutoring. My intention is to have every student develop self confidence in their knowledge of the subject.

My approach to tutoring is basically knowing what your learning style is...are you a better learner when you hear it, see it, do it etc. and work from there. Every lesson is individualized specifically to a student's learning style. Active student participation and generation of questions from the student is essential.
