About Katharina

I am Katharina, a young and spiritful woman who loves to lead you back to yourself with yoga and movement practices. I have been giving yoga classes individually and in groups for over two years. For this I combine gentle flows and strong postures with deep body awareness. My favorite styles are Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Flows. At times I enjoy to combine the practice with quantumhealing energy work, just let me know if that is something you'd enjoy!

I teach in German, English and Spanish :-)

About the lesson

The Rise Rooted Yoga lessons give you a little break from your everyday life to come back home to yourself and your own strengths. On the basis of Vedanta I lead the lessons - just come as you are. Together we will determine your goals, activate your inner balance and strength with breathing exercises, meditation and body movement.
