About Lee

Im Lee, Liddiard-Smith Father to my Son Arthur and husband to my amazing wife Charlotte. I've coached for over 7 years from rock climbing, Strength and conditioning to athletes/non athletes and my passion is Kettlebell training. Im driven by empowering others and building belief and confidence in your ability both physical and mentally.
Kettlebell training is a cornerstone of my health and i've helped 100s of people learn the art of Kettlebells

About the lesson

My approach to successful tutoring is all about explaining the techniques and movements in a way that you can understand and associate with, whilst having fun.

I do not believe in a "one fits all" approach.
