About Sania
I am a young student who has just started her first year in university studying law. I would say to get to this point I have had to be dedicated and passionate about the subjects I studied to get me to this point. This passion circles around English primarily as it has always been a strong suit of mine and I understand that students struggle with English across the board and I am here to explain and prove that it doesn’t have to be a scary subject. For SATs and GCSEs English is a compulsory subject that students tend to score very low on and this can solely be due to the lack of proper teaching in schools. I am here to change that. I am truly passionate about English and still had to figure out how to answer my papers without any clear guidance, hence why I want to share my strategies.

My lessons, at first, will be based around revisiting content you learnt in class to ensure you are secure in that information before moving onto techniques that will elevate your work in order to achieve high marks. The best tactic is writing and feedback and unfortunately not all teachers from school can do this due to time and lack of energy (due to long days and having other work to mark). On the other hand, a tutor like me who has time during the week will be able to give in detail feedback, ways in which to enhance what you wrote as well as how to apply the feedback to your next assessment going forward. My lessons will be engaging and fun as I am aware of how tutoring can feel sometimes, especially after a long day at school, hence, I will strive to give the best lessons possible with my creative approaches to teaching. The sessions will require a team effort from both parties and for there to be a strong form of communication. After lessons, I will always be available for any queries and feedback needed.
