About GIRIDHARAN
I am a Defence Scientist (Retired) with Ph.D. Doctorate in Engineering. I am teaching Physics and Maths for ten years with good results. I am also supporting the students in hands-on projects and Experiential Learning. I have developed working models to help students learn the concepts easily.

My teaching includes "Experiential Learning" Methodology with practical applications. I use working models for easy understanding of concepts. I keep monitoring the feedback of my students and offer immediate support. My classes consist of regular quiz and evaluation tests so as to help the students to build up their confidence level.
