About Jamie
I am a Senior in High school, I currently work at a community center assisting 2nd to 5th graders with their virtual learning. I enjoy Track and Volleyball, my favorite subject in school is Math. Since I have been tutoring my students I have raised grades from F's to A's and B's. Seeing the proudness in the parents faces is what will continue to push me to make sure other families can have that exact or even better feeling.

My teaching method is one connecting with the student...if you can share a bond with them they will be more open to help especially younger kids. Second I figure out the root of the problem, what is causing them to struggle with the material...often this allows us to move forward without missing a step. last but not least I figure out how they learn and we learn that way... trying to force kids to learn how we want them to learn and not how they know to learn only adds stress to the root of their problem.

Jamie has tutored all three of my children! They are 5 years old, 8 and 12 years old and she has a planned out schedule for all three of them she came to us with everything planned out really organized and is great with time managing . For the past two years none of my kids has gotten under an B+ And any other test homework and classwork. I would definitely recommend Jamie to anyone who has children of any age. She has managed to stay safe and clean during COVID also she is an amazing teacher 10/10 stars ️!

For students who want less than an hour class my price will be $8 per 15 minutes.
