About Kahlia
I am a mathematician currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and Mathematics. I have been giving lessons for 3 years now. I have taught and tutored 75-80 students, privately and in groups in subjects such as math (Precalculus, Calculus 1, 2, 3, Linear Algebra, Proofs), computer science (Java, Python), basic Marine Biology, and basic Archaeology.

My teaching method is based on practice problems and repetition. I start small and simple making things as easy as possible and then I build my way up to more advanced problems, making sure that my students know how to tackle the problems given to them. I am very patient, friendly, and attentive, but I won't be afraid to push my students to be above and beyond what is asked of them.
