About CASSIDY
I’m a trauma-informed Intensive Support SEL Educational Assistant with experience supporting neurodivergent children in school settings. I offer one-to-one social skills tutoring that focuses on emotional awareness, communication, flexible thinking, self-confidence and self-regulation skills.
My approach is strength-based, shame-free, and practical. I work with children who may struggle with peer interactions, boundaries, frustration, or big emotions, and I support them in building skills they can actually use in real life.
Sessions can be virtual and are tailored to each child’s needs. I also communicate with parents to ensure skills carry over beyond sessions.

I like to start each session with a Check-in and Regulation, then we go into our focused skill. Each skill is followed by a role play as well as a fun activity to ensure understanding and comprehension of each skill.
