About Okoye
With approximately 15 years of industry experience as a software engineer, and holding an MSc in Software Engineering, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Cybernetics. Over the course of my career, I have trained a wide range of professionals, including business analysts, software testers, SDETs, software engineers, programmers, and system analysts, among others. My vision is to establish an academy to provide large-scale, impactful training, and I am currently 50% of the way towards realising this goal.

I begin by gaining a thorough understanding of the student's background and existing knowledge. This allows me to build on a solid foundation. If there are any gaps in fundamental understanding, I address those first to ensure a strong base. From there, I adapt my approach, incorporating visual learning or other techniques that are most effective for the individual’s learning style, ensuring a personalised and effective educational experience.
