About Nathan
Hi! I’m Nathan, a Biomedical Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Ottawa and currently an R&D Engineer at Boston Scientific.
I’ve always enjoyed the hands-on and problem-solving side of engineering, and I’m excited to help students develop those same skills.
Through university and my professional career, I’ve gained experience in mechanical design, SolidWorks, engineering analysis, manufacturing, prototyping, and medical-device product development.
During my engineering degree, I worked on a variety of design projects and developed a strong foundation in mechanical engineering. I also gained industry experience through engineering internships, where I worked on product development, manufacturing improvements, CAD, design analysis, and process optimization.
Today, I work in R&D at Boston Scientific, where I apply many of these skills to real-world product development.
